• Gameplay and app activity: quiz answers, scores, accuracy, levels, rewards, coins, power-ups, streaks, leaderboard standings, Head to Head results, clubhouse activity, and achievement progress.
• Purchase and subscription information: product identifiers, entitlement status, subscription tier, renewal state, and purchase validation information. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
• Device, diagnostics, and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, approximate region, crash reports, performance data, logs, and interactions used to operate and improve the app.
• Advertising information: rewarded ad and banner ad interactions, ad delivery status, and identifiers or signals provided by advertising partners, depending on your device settings and consent choices.
• Notifications: push notification tokens and notification preferences if you enable notifications.
• Support communications: messages, screenshots, contact details, and related information you send when asking for help.

• Provide core app features, accounts, quizzes, rewards, leaderboards, and clubhouses.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, memberships, entitlements, and restore purchases.

Some information may be visible to other users, such as your display name, profile details, leaderboard rank, scores, clubhouse name, clubhouse role, and competition results. Please do not use personal information in display names or clubhouse names if you do not want it visible to other users.

Ballpark IQ may use services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple App Store services, Google Play services, analytics providers, and crash reporting tools. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and the permissions you grant through your device or app store account.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain account history, operate leaderboards and rewards, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Some gameplay, purchase, security, or analytics records may be retained in backup or archival systems for a limited period after deletion.

Account Deletion and Data Requests

You may request account deletion or make a privacy request by contacting support@twentytwentylabs.com. We may need to verify your request before taking action. Deleting an account may remove access to app progress, rewards, rankings, clubhouses, and other account-based features. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google, or the applicable app store and may need to be cancelled separately through that provider.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.

Children

Ballpark IQ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Your Choices

You can manage app permissions, notifications, tracking, and advertising preferences through your device settings where available. You can manage subscriptions and purchases through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with, abuse, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, attack, or disrupt the services, our systems, or other users.

Accounts and User Names

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity associated with your account. Display names, profile names, and clubhouse names must not be offensive, misleading, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We may rename, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, names, clubhouses, or content that violate these Terms or harm the service.

Gameplay, Rankings, and Rewards

Ballpark IQ includes quizzes, leaderboards, levels, clubhouses, Head to Head matchups, coins, power-ups, lockers, trophies, and other digital rewards. These features are part of the app experience only. They have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified, reset, balanced, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features, subscriptions, coin packs, or memberships may be available through Apple, Google, or another authorized provider. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the provider before renewal. We do not control app store billing, refunds, cancellation timing, taxes, or payment methods.

Ads and Rewarded Ads

Ballpark IQ may show banner ads or offer rewarded ads. Rewarded ad availability is not guaranteed. Rewards may depend on ad completion, network availability, provider eligibility, device status, and anti-fraud checks. We may limit, modify, or remove ad rewards at any time.

Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, abuse refunds, create misleading accounts, harass users, or interfere with leaderboards, purchases, rewards, or clubhouses. We may adjust scores, remove rewards, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect fair play and service integrity.

Content and Intellectual Property

TwentyTwenty Labs owns or licenses the services, software, designs, text, graphics, gameplay systems, and other content we provide. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our services except as allowed by these Terms. Baseball team names, player names, league references, and related factual references are used for informational and trivia purposes. Ballpark IQ is not endorsed by or affiliated with Major League Baseball or any MLB team unless expressly stated.

Content and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or availability at any time as we improve and operate the services.

Privacy
